I placed order with timtara.com for a mobile worth rs. 8990. on 19th nov 2012. my order id is 10356158. Due to non delivery within specified time I cancelled order on 14th december 2012. But till now i did not get refund.their customer care are not giving satisfactory reply.

I want my Money Back ASAP.
