I have placed an order for mobile phone worth Rs5499 via ORDER NO. 10397450..On 15th feb..2013..they promise to deliver within 21 days but the product was not delivered..it shows awaiting shipment till now..i placed request for cancellation on 5th march, nd several other times but nobody has mailed me or contacted me till date..they are not refunding the money after i have placed a cancellation request due to nob delivery..please help in getting bak my money.
