I purchased a product on timtara (online shopping portal) on 08 Nov 2012 (order no. 10350972) and i was promised that the product will be delivered within 3 weeks time. But after waiting for a month they did not even ship the product and i was forced to call the timtara customer care ( 0135-3051500 & 0135-6670700) several times and doing regular follow ups. Everytime I called they told that my order will be shipped within this week. Then finally I told them to cancel my order on 10th Dec 2012. The customer care executive told me that he has sent the cancellation request to the concerned department and the order will be cancelled in 48 hours and then they will refund the whole amount. Again i waited for 5 days to get my order cancelled but the order status never changed from “awaiting shipment” and i started calling them again asking for the reason which they never had and every time i am being asked to wait for 24 hours for the cancellation of the product but unfortunately their 24 hours never end which is very frustrating. Timtara is cheating people and they should be forced to shutdown from this industry so that it can be a lesson for other people who loot people by fake promises plus I want the refund of my money with full interest.

I want my refund as soon as possible with full interest..
