I have placed order on Timtara on 1st nov 2012 Order no #10346820 for Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 P3100 Wi-Fi, 3G, 16GB of Cost 16999 INR. Timtara maximum time of any product delivery is 21 days. As on date more than 2 month are over but they hav not delivered my product. I have called many times to customer care number but they only give assurance but till date it is not delivered. I have ask them to refund my money without any delay but they are not agree to do that.

I mentaly in stress as a common man who placed ordered to timtara as tab price is 1000 ruppe less as compared to other provider. But I have incure more money in calling TIMTARA customer care telephone. Every times they ask 1 week time but no outcome of it. I am in stress since I have placed order to TIMTARA

My Product to be delivered immediately & I should get reimburse of phone call & 15000 Rupees against mental stress
