Dear Arindam Bose,
I have been trying to reach your customer care executives for the status of the delivery of the product I have booked Micromax Mobile vide Order No: 10396528 on 13th February 2013 and make the payment through my credit card. I have to gift the same to my wife, hence placed a request to the customer care exeuctive after making the payment for the earliest delivery. They asked me to raise a ticket for an early delivery and mark a copy to Nisha@timtara.com, I did the same on 14th February 2013 but till today I did not get any response, since they I am writing mails to the peoples in timtara whoever asked me to do the same, till today I have not received even a single acknowledgement mails from timtara. As per your site the revert should have been received by the customer within 48 hrs. I hope it is 48 hours not 48 days. Now nobody picks up the phone on the customer care numbers. Fortunately after trying several numbers I got a chance to speak Mr. Wasim and raised a complaint vide complaint number 69332. I am hearing out this since I booked the product that “Shipment Awaiting” you will get your product by Monday or by Friday, but the ground fact is that till today, there is no status. I would personally request you to kindly look into it and expedite the process.
I had requested to your customer care execute to share the escalation matrix as I was not getting any positve response from the executives as well as no response from the email IDs they have provided. I would also request you to kindly asked the executives to be polite and provide the informations as required by the customers.
