I had ordered a Omron HEM 7111 Upper Arm Type Full Automatic BP Monitor Order #10341554 Order Date: 20-10-2012 for Rs 1,029 . I made the payment on the same day using my state bank of india credit card. it is almost 6 months since i made the the payment neither have i received the product nor the refund. i have sent many emails and called customer care but in vain.in the status column they are displaying awaiting shipment

I made the payment 6 months back.to call the customer care i have spent nearly rs 200 which costs std charges.i dont have internet connection at home and every time i have to go to a internet parlour to check the status. I have suffered lot of tension whether i will receive the refund or not

I want refund with interest ,std charges to call customer care and accessing internet to check the status of order and some penalty to the company for the tension which i have gone through all these days
