I bought 1 Samsung Galaxy Y Duos S6102 Mobile Phone on 11-Oct-2012 by order No.-10337746 but Timtara did not provide me delivery of the product till date & they committing delivery within 3 weeks of order I am chasing them since 31-Oct-2012 every time their people giving me fake commitment to wait for 3 working days but now it is too much I waste lot of money to make calls & e-mailed them but they were not serious about the issue & even they did not provided any response in this regard.

I bought this phone for my younger brother he every time asking me about this. Right now its price reduced on their website. I just want full compensation of my phone & internet expenses, time & tension caused by non delivery.

I want my product within 3 days & compensation of Rs. 10000/- towards delayed delivery
