Tiruapti national packers and movers- Pune:HouseHold Articles misplaced&Improper response Contact:Bhajarang Sharma(Sales Executive) I am veera, shifted my household articles/goods from Pune to bangalore and banglaore to Vijayawada by Tiruapti National Packers and Movers on 15th Aug 2013.They have misplaced Double cot bed frames(Rs.6k),Other household items and havent delivered with total items.Even with multiple follow ups there is no use at all.No one takes responsible of my items,pune center sales person (bhajrang) says to contact Kuldip(Bangalore center) sales person.It is happening viceversa and no one is claiming that problem is and none is taking the accountability and resollution.Since a week i was calling them continously but no use.Even the house hold articles delivered at 11:30pm in night and it was promised tome on 17th Morning Aug.No commitments,irregular ,no updates of receving the parcel.Suddenly calls and updates.I am mentally distrubed with these people. At time of payment they claimed that we are number 1 packers in pune and not like others who misplaces/steals the items and 100% genunie.They exagrate the things but nothing is in reality.When i called they are trying to avoid the calls by seeing thenumber and not addressing the issue at allEven Even insuranc eis also paid.Please be alert if u choose this.I need an advise how to proceed further.These people have given a very tough time to me.I am mentally distrubed with these people.Even though made compelete payment(11.5 k plus 9k).I have paid Insurance also

I am not sure how my things will be back. These people should be fined and recovered with money on lost articles as well as on mentally disturbed cause and taught them a lesson so that they will never do it to others.I dont want others to suffer like me.This should be an example for that and they sud correct thier process.Take money but deliver with assurance and quality.I want to see these guys to learn a lesson
