I brought a new spectacle from Titan Eye + Chrompet, Chennai. I was handed over a damaged spectacles and claimed as new one.The frame and lens are defective. Titan eye+ is not ready to fix the lens.The Lens were damaged when it was delivered.Now Titan Eye+ claims it was not damaged.

The lens is defective and it needs to be changed. I want the lens to be changed without any further harassment from a brand like Tata.
