Dear Support Team,

Recently I recieved a message which does not have the number but says “TM-BPQ”. The message states that you have an 1 New BPQ Voice mail call +447559045588 . I believed that the Voice mail would not be charged as I do get other voice mails that wont be charged ! However these Vodafone people have chrged me 211.37. Ever since I made the first call I just checked with my unbilled amount and these charged were not applied. On trusting that to listen to the Voice mail again, I called the above number. However here is the bill amount that the Vodafone have charged me. I have also contacted with the Vodafone. They are helpless in this Case
