We have account with TNT India Ltd., Mumbai, we Import material through them from USA and Germany in Once or twice in a year. This time we import material from USA. This time they charge as per Invoice No.03821162 dt.22/10/2013 of Rs.1,75,324.30 wherein they have charged us Rs. 490/- per kg Plus Fuel charges. We have received same material as per last year Invoice No.03229276 dt.28/01/2012 of Rs.69,489/-. In this Invoice, they had charged us Rs. 280/- per kg and No Extra Fuel charges . They says “ Last time we give you special rate and this time you will not intimate to TNT Mumbai and directly booked material through USA, TNT.” But we done same procedure as per our last five year experience. Last five years, we have been doing the business with them and bring same material. We not received any intimation from his side about increase in freight charges. His last intimation is on dt.25/11/2011 as per enclosed letter about the same. We have also intimated to Light Source, USA and TNT, USA for the same. So please do the needful and take necessary action for the same. We are wholesaler in market about UV Lamp if we pay that much charges then how to sell in market. If they intimate to us about charges then we not book through Air.

We not pay that much amount and we want to clarification for the same. And we agree to pay reasonable charges as per last year Invoice and we agree to pay 10% to 20% increase charges not more than that
