I subscribed to India Today English (subscription no. ITE1940737) in Bangalore. India Today website mentions ‘guaranteed’ delivery of issues in Bangalore but i have got all issues late and till date have not even received 2nd Dec issue. I call them and mail them EVERY week to complaint against non-delivery or delayed delivery of issues. But there has been no resolution. I have also asked them to cancel subscription and provide refund but no response at all.

Refund of Rs 1200 subscription fees.
