Hi, This complaint is for Mobile Insurance company – Total Mobile Solutions now they have changed the office and name to Always progressive india pvt limited mobile solutions with there offices changed from Rohini to Naraina to Dilshad garden as per Senior executive. I purchased a phone LG Nexus 5 from one of the authorized store of LG in kamla nagar delhi they offered me mobile insurance to insure the physical damage and i found the deal better and i took it. In May i called the helpline of TMS to get screen damage repaired for the phone and for that service level was satisfactory. But after receiving the product in couple of days of using i found that proximity sensor of the phone is not working so, i raised a complaint again to TMS to get it fixed and they did it. After use of one month of handset phone started facing the same issue with proximity sensor. Now from here problem started i gave them the phone on 13th October and i am still waiting for the phone. I am calling there customer every day for the status they are giving bull shit saying they today or tomorrow but it is not happening. Yesterday i had a word with owner or senior person of TMS he started saying that in order get your phone we have to pay to much to service center and you have to bare some extra cost so, i inquired about the cost and asked why it is not covered in insurance and so when i asked that will i be getting original copy of bill to which he said it is not possible as it is confidential to the company and asked to call back to check later in evening. Since then he is not picking up the phone. I would like to raise a complaint against the store that sold me this Insurance and Insurance company on below points 1. Service support 2. Phone repaired by them didn’t worked for me and i am still facing issues and now they even not returning the phone back. 3. Due to the there service LG said that your warranty is broken. 4. Mental harassment because i am calling the customer every day no body is picking up the call and senior person not giving the satisfactory response. Could you please let me know the documents will be required for this complaint to be executed and i have all the call recording with senior person for the way he is talking nonsense. Please help
I want my phone back in working condition without issues and the amount i paid for insurance. i am happy to forfeit as per the guidelines
