Courier of RAKHIS sent from jaipur to agra on 04.08.14 via TRACKON COURIERS PVT. LTD,NEW DELHI from their office at jaipur,vide registration no 404121XXX.as per courier tracking on company’s website courier reached AGRA on 14:29 hrs dated 6.8.14.I contacted ph no provided on website i.e.0936865XXXX who told me that he will deliver before the rakhi festival.But even up to 9.8.14 it was not delivered and the above ph no stopped responding.I called my sister at agra to contact the said courier and she was told that the courier can’t be delivered and the courier company asked my sister to collect from the company office.My sister went by taxi and collected the courier.

My sister is quite older than me.it was a whole embarrassing moment for me. my sister had to hire taxi. she had to search courier office at her own in the evening hours.I called repeatedly to the courier company. I am a railway officer and always busy 24X7 . I suffered lot of my work time chasing the courier while it is the job of the courier company to deliver the courier at the addresse’s door step.courier company charged me rs. 50 for its service but did not deliver the courier,which is a loss of service on their part.
