I ordered a Casio Edifice EF-550d 1avdf watch on 03/01/2014 from Tradus.com from seller “buyatbrands” located in New Delhi. For this watch, I made an upfront full payment of Rs.3061 from my father’s MasterCard credit card. Today is 14/01/2014 and I am yet to receive my order. The order status shown on Tradus is “Order awaiting dispatch” Now, even the watch that was being sold is sold out and I am yet to receive my order. Even after repeatedly mailing them about my order, I am yet to receive any valid answer from either Tradus or the seller ‘buyatbrands’.

I just want that Casio Edifice EF-550d 1avdf watch with the color I specified while ordering it.
