we purchased Motorola xt319 on 25/06/2013 on tradus.com with the invoice no:752 from supplier mangalam info tech,the product has been received by me on this day i.e 1/7/2013,is found to be in mostly in Chinese language,which is not possible to use the product ,as i spoke to the Motorola service center they informed me that the handset is not meant for India,as well all application in the smart phone are in Chinese language,i even could not find Google apps to download new application, i have tried to contact the tradus and as well as the seller but none responds.i strongly feel that i have been cheated,the tradus people have 15 days return policy ,i asked them the propcedure and adress to where the product should be sent but no response.

i need the refund amount or else a phone replacemnt with indian version.
