I ordered a product via Order ID – 12022553 on 14/1/14 and till date I have not received it. As per Tradus.com the product shows delivered through DTDC courier AWB # B06904912. I have re confirmed with everyone around my house and no one has received the order on my behalf. I have escalated it twice and there is no contact number to talk to Tradus.com about this. This is total fraud and it is hard to believe they could not deliver the product from Bangalore to Delhi in two weeks. I want full refund for this.

Full refund for the product and legal proceedings against Tradus.com so that they do not repeat such fraudulent practices in future.
