I ordered for “Skyline 21 Pcs. MS09 Juicer Mixer Grinder” (order number 11865379_01) on 2013-12-26 in www.tradus.com. The product was delivered on 2013-12-30 to me without invoice & warranty card. I sent a mail to the customer support under tradus.com asking for invoice & warranty card, but they replied to me that the invoice was attached on the product. When i have replied back that there is not invoce attached to the product and i need the invoice either in softcopy or hardcopry. Then customer support team replied on separate mail saying “invoice and warranty card is not required as the warranty is provided by the seller only.” I have shopped online on so many websites and have a bill for everything purchased even if its value was very less. I have to admit that customer service of Tradus in this case is pathetic. Request you to kindly take this matter on urgent basis and help to resolve this issue asap.
