Tradus – poor service no response have been received

Hi, I had ordered an MP3 player.A sandisk memory card was with the order but STRONTIUM memory card was delivered. Tradus team was initially not accepting their fault but after some mails,they accepted and said to send the product to GIZMO E BAZAR. After that no response have been recieved. I had spent Rs 180 for sending that memory card back which will be refund back to me as per the assurance. I have already sent many mails regarding this issue but TRADUS is not at all concerned about their customers problem. Can I expect that something will be done related to this issue? SUB ORDER ID-9218299

Money refund or else the correct product with Rs 180(courier charges) ASAP.
