Illegal challan of my motor byke saying that you have no PUC certificate. Even as per Rule “116 of CMV Rules” After the expiry of period of one year from the date of first registration, every motor vehicle is required to carry a valid PUC Certificate. and the registration date of my motor byke is 05 november 2012. The traffic police CO Ghazipur Lucknow and his staff has misbehaved with me.
