n 19th April Transworld was asked for moving my goods from Panchkula (Chandigarh) to Nerul (Navi Mumbai). However during Transit my Designer Double Bed and Microwave was badly damaged. While during transit the half part of the Bed was broken, then with the help of Local vendor they got it repaired however the entire show/Design of the bed and strenght has got lost.Moreover the Repair was not done as per my expectation. For Microwave – Microwave was damaged fully from the entire front Panel. So i had told clearly that i will not take the delivery as this has been damaged. Then they got it repaired from a local vendor , but i refused to take again as they did not get it repaired from a LG Authorised dealer. But they forced me to keep this and told me that if anything happens they will get it repaired from Authorised dealers. All this went on from last 60- 90 days. The microwave is getting heated however none of the food item is getting hot or being cooked. So the Transworld is not showing any interest in getting the issue fixed , as i have to speak with them frequently to get this resolved. I have made the payment of Rs 94821 as per the Invoice . Now i want them to pay me for all the damages and for the mental harrasment from the movers and packers. So would appreciate if your team can help the consumer like me who are getting cheated by the Movers and Packers.
