i had purchased ticket for mumbai to nathdwara by paying rs.2800 no.734 dated 15/03/2014 from him and he told me to drop at nathdwara at 7.30am but when bus reached at udaipur then driver told me to go in local bus from udaipur.i refuse to travel in local bus then he hired an auto from haldighati and send us by the auto.we reached at 9.30am which is 2 hours late and also with lot of tense.

when anybody pay them full amount then it is their duty to give full service from picking to droping.if nobody take any action against them, they will do such things with their customers and hurt too many feelings so i want they will refund my ticket amount and also give me compensation for mental torture.
