I had a booked a trip to Italy and had paid Rs. 1,68,218. However due to last minute delays in receiving the visas, I had opted for a land only package for EUR 1045 (@ROE of Rs. 80/-). I have only received a partial refund or Rs. 30,000 and not received any amount after that. I have done several follow-ups on email and phone calls. But still have not got any revert.

The firm should refund me my existing excess payment amount an additional Rs. 20,000/- for delay in refund payouts and mental anguish of having to visit a foreign country without adequate cash forex.
