I booked a packaged tour(only car) for 2 persons from the above agency for Gangtok from 11 Oct 2013 to 14th Oct 2013 during Durga Puja. Ref# Voucher number 044 My Plan details: —————– 11-Oct-2013: NJP to Gangtok drop(2 seats in shared mode) – Rs. 200X2 = Rs. 400 12-Oct-2013: Gangtok 7 points in private mode – Rs 1450.00 13-Oct-2013: Thangu Lake+Baba Mandir+Nathula Pass(2 seats in shared mode) – 1475X2 = Rs. 2950 14-Oct-2013: Gangtok to NJP drop(2 seats in shared mode) = 200X2 = Rs. 400 Total cost of the package = 400+1450+2950+400 = Rs. 5200 As per my package, they were supposed to arrange all my car expenses for the above plan. I paid Rs 1800 in advance in NJP to avail the benefits as per plans. But on reaching Gangtok, I had to make my own arrangement for car(Rs 200) to my Hotel although it was included in my package.

1. I should get my refund as soon as possible. 2. It seems that they do not have valid license for travel agent. It should be validated. 3. This type of cheating is occurring everyday in NJP. It should be stopped for the sake of the tourists toward North East.
