Dear Sir
I have given Rs. 25000/- to CLUB GROUP OF HOTEL/Destination Resorts, Gurgaon as membership fees as first installment of 5 years membership worth Rs 50000/- and signed an agreement with them.
But when I tried to book my holiday package to Manali, by telling them one month in advance, they could not book and even not replied to my mail and refused to talk on phone properly.
After wards, I asked them to return my money back to me, but they refused as it is against the agreement, I have signed.
Please help me how Can I get my money back to me or what should I do.

I have forwarded the communication between us in last 5-6 months as written below.
Till last conversation (05th Nov 2011) they said they could not give money back to me as per company’s agreement and ready to give me 2 years membership for Rs25000/- and for it they will not even generate membership details for me, since I am have not paid fully 50000/- and booking could be done orally basis for next 2 years, in which I am not interested and want my money back to me.
You are requested to please help me in returning my money back to me or you are also requested to please atleast tell me how can I file a case in Consumer Court for it.
