I had booked a holiday for 2 in dubai from travelchahca for 98000/- for which I had paid 40000/- through online , but later cancelled as they have a very bad reputation in the market. All this happened in month of Jan 14. And When demanded refund, they said they will deduct some amount, to which I agreed but they till date they have not refunded my amount, only fake promises. They falsely deposited cheques in my account twice.I sent them official notice. But hey couldnt return my amount

I want my complete money back , along with compensation for mental harassment plus additional amounts for communicating and follow ups. I want the complete amount to be transferred to my account and wont accept any cheques. I can send the emails of the communications between the brand and me.
