Sir, We have canceled the Tour and now when we are asking for the refund they are giving different excuses and not even abiding to the cancellation policy as forwarded by their executive before approval has been given for booking. The content of the cancellation policy that they have forwarded for our confirmation does not match with the content of a policy document as forwarded by them, which is non readable, only based on their verbal discussion we came to know the content differs from the mail for cancellation. They are now are not abiding by to the cancellation policy as forwarded officially through mail and while refunding they are retaining a hefty amount. I am ready to pay as per the cancellation policy. But they are reluctant to abide by to that rule. The detail is enclosed for your reference.
They must abide by to the cancellation policy as forwarded officially before we have given our confirmation to proceed for booking, ie per head they must deduct Rs.5000/- instead of Rs.8800/-. There cant be any deviation from what is officially mailed to us and what document we have been asked to sign. They are misleading the people. This is illegal.
