I ordered pair of Reebok sleeper order no 4138589723 on 25.12.2014 at snapdeal.com by paying through credit card . They have not delivered the product within 7 day as estimated delivery shown on portal . When I asked them to return the amount due to late in delivery, they started giving silly excuses by saying ” refund is under process”, ‘product is reaching to us ‘ . Even now 22.01.2015 they have not returned my money. Meanwhile I have given multiple mail on customer support but none of them responded by return mail except system generated mail. Finally today I have send legal notification to customer support via mail. Tomorrow I will send legal notice on snapdeal customer support mail for returning principal amount + compensation for late in payment + mental agony suffered. Also I will despatch hard copy to corporate office for information before moving to consumer court in hyderabad.

Almost one month passed from the date of payment of money neither paid money returned nor a single call from snapdeal.com for any information regarding my money. Refund of Principal Amount, Compensation for mental harassment & late in return of amount.
