TT Network Broadband – poor service no customer support

I got TT Network Broadband connection 3 months back through Syed once I shifted to HSR Layout. They only give service with prepaid money paid. Hence they offered me if I paid 3 months rental in advance I would get 50% discount in Installation fee which I did. Plan I subscribed to is 10 Mbps 50 GB download limit with Tax its 1000 change. But from past 20 days their internet connection is not working and will work for an hour and will stop working again. More than 20 times contacted them first of all their customer service is very poor and they don’t pick the call. And no one willing to help,. When asked for Manager named Venkatesh number no one provides the number. Its complete humiliation with such downtime and for a month I did not receive the service which I have paid for.

I would like TT Network to honour my request of extending my subscription for another one month for not providing the service for which I paid more than Rs 1000 and also for all the trouble caused and loss of work they should provide another month of subscription as gesture of good will. Also they should apologize for the trouble caused and ensure they provide the support and service for which consumers are paying.
