TTK – Maternity claim

Hi Team, I am raising this serious complaint again TTK due to their negligence and misbehaviour. I have raised a request to them for the claim (Claim No. – BLR-0413-CL-0004433) dated 20th March 2013 for Rs 29,841 of Maternity expenses. Even after providing them with all the documents, they have not intimated about the status for 2 months. Then there was mail regarding short fall of documents which I have submitted in may 1st week of May. after which I was told to me by the customer care executive that the amount will be credited in a week time but till now it has not been credited to my account. I have called hundreds of time to the customer care every time they ask for same document which I have submitted earlier.

I am going through mental trauma and need the money at the earliest.

I just want the actual amount which I was suppose to get.
