TTK Prestige – Defective Gas Stove sold refused replacement

Dear Sir, Below are the complaints raised with Prestige smart kitchen TTK Bangalore head office. Sr. No 58286 of the product. BANG1076931 BANG1079180 My inlaws have purchased gas stove GT 02 SS on 17th May 2015 sunday evening from mudra enterprises Kadur- 577548 Chikamangalur Dist. Karnataka. Opened the product when tried to use found left gas burner was not in working condition which is defective and complained,next day morning one of the technician came and removed it cleared and fixed without service registered officially and refused for replacement saying its a small adjustment, our concern is why should we use when it is sold not in working condition, is it fare? Life risk to be accepted? is the selling company going to bear if any loss of life occurs due to this product. Attached photos of two burner inside stove left which repaired and right is normal one. After you see pics do you see is this simple action when the joints reattached and glue or something it is applied. Other one is right side which is in working condition. We want this repaired defective product to be replaced with new by the brand company TTK Prestige I have photos of product, bill and warranty, unable to attach all of them will send through email if required
