“Your BSNL Tunes account will be activated in 24 hours” and “Congratulations!
Your have purchased Gayatri Mantra and it has been made the default tone for every sender: +56700

The same is however not activated against my Customer Care No.9400024365 Complaint date 26.08.2009 No.3702110.

Kindly do the needful immediately.
