sir, i have purchased online 5 in 1 air sofa bed from tv networking gurgoan and not satisfied with the product as it is different as said by shop. it was under 100% money back guarantee for 30 days. she told that it will be refunded within a week. but 10 days passed and neither refunded rs 4500/- nor attending my calls. my mob no is 7769079200. the mobile no. of company is-9953102265..and order no. is 31706 delivered on 24 jul 13….waiting for necessary action….anil
