This is with reference to the Order ID: 602760, which I purchased from TVSKY I product that I intend to purchase was HGP , However the product I received was hair building fiber which I DO NOT intend to buy. On the last week on November itself I requested for a return of product and return of money which was register with complaint number IN401290. Since then I am following you on number 9971527758,08527134732 , 08527134517. And from 4th December no one is responding back and now coming as switched off. At not even acknowledgement mail was sent to my ID for the return of product in spite of requesting multiple times.
