I have purchased tvs streak moped from m/s a.k. gandhi yashwant stadium nagpur.at the time of the down payment rs.22688/- deposited in cash and remaining amount rs.28090/- was financed at the terms that it will be @5.8% deducted in 12 emi`s, of rs. 2853/- thro’ ecs system, there was no word about financing charges and processing charges, now through a letter recd. on 18.09.2014 from chennai showing details of financing & processing charges & 15 nos. of emi’s of rs.2853/-,my customer no. with tvs credit services ltd. is 0006330125.

breach of trust, financial cheating,by almost rs.5000/- if had it been told earlier i could have arranged finance from other parties or gone for cash purchase. a sort of mental harassment. i spoke with agent on 19.09.2014 got unsatisfactory and rude answers such as you should have checked earlier etc.
