i purchased a new tvs sport bike from sumanglam motor in jan 2013. but since i buy this bike the problems occured from day one. the mileage is very poor of this bike and many other problems also i have to face. i complaint about it form i buy this bike but they said me to tell the problem to comany. service center people always charged me amount to repair the bike but the condition remain same. last time i took bike for repair and they repair bike and charged me but after one week the same problem occurs in that bike and it is very dangerous to ride bike on road in that condition . many times i narrowly saved from accident, so it is also danger to my life. please help me.

i want my money refund and compensation for damage i had because of this bike.
