Respected sir, I bought a white Apache RTR 160 on 23-12-2013. The bike had the problem of vibration from the first day. I never came to know about it, as I never rode a bike before it. Therefore, I thought it is a normal bike. Initially there was petrol leakage problem as well with the vibration. But they repaired the leakage problem in the first service When I came to know about its vibration, I constantly tried to reach out to the TVS Motors, sometimes through telephonic ally and sometimes by Email to get the Bike repaired. After repetitive request and lastly quoting that, I will be in need to file complaint in the Consumer forum if I did not get my bike repaired. Then, they asked me to visit M/s Rajpoot TVS, Adarsh Nagar, and to meet Mr Surender Rana, Workshop Manager for the inspection of the Bike. However, even after all routine checkups, he failed to repair the vibration problem. Henceforth, you are requested to take necessary actions to get the bike repaired.

I want to get the bike’s vibration problem repaired. If not this, get the bike replaced.
