I have purchased TVS Streak MH02 CF7919 Engine No. 0GBB2409617 Chasis No MD626DG35B2B28509 and i have purchased on 1/04/2011. I Usually do the servicing every three weeks from the TVS Vijay Borivali East and he used to give me good service for the same. But on 4-10-2013 i faced some unbearable voice in vehichle and i tried to visit the regular service but the person denied due to skilled staff and adviced me to go at Hemanshu TVS kandivali authorised service station. I Visited the kandivali service station on 09-10-2013 and the person there to adviced the same has to be kept with him for one week and nothing possible in two days due to Dusshera on 13-10-2013. The noise is unbearable and it is seems damaging the same. I am not interested to give to any unskilled person but i have kept the vehicle in parking and have been avoiding to get it repaired because of unskilled persons. I am totaly dependent on vehicle and now i have almost lost Rs. 15000/- in daily travel and still i am not able to find any skilled person to solve the problem.

I want a compensation of Rs. 15000/- and also vehicle to be repaired at the earliest.
