I had booked UbiSlate 7Ci on 22 June, 2013 (Booking ID PM03566) and made online payment of Rs. 3699 through HFDC Credit Card with the promise that the device would be delivered within 72 hrs. However, even after more than one month the device has not been delivered. I have already forwarded my bank details to the company. However, so far I have not received the refund.

I request that strictest action may be taken against the M/s Datawind for cheating me and many more persons like me. I further request that said company may be directed to pay my booking amount of Rs. 3699 alongwith suitable compensation for causing mental agony to me. An early response would be appreciated.
