Dear Sir/Mam, I Prasanna Wakhale would like to bring it to your kind notice that- I booked 1 Ubislate 7+ device vide order no. PM6E77B99A4B in June 12 and I was assured of it to be delivered in June 12. I paid the sum of Rs. 2999/- through chq no. 115238 of Union Bank of India, Sagar (M. P.) in the name of ‘Datawind Innovations Pvt. Ltd.’ The chq has been encashed by them on 24 Jun 2012 but I have not received the device yet, now they are not replying to any of my email. What to do? Please help me.

I am waiting since last 1 year. I have paid money in advance but they are not delivering the product. Many times I contacted them but no reply. Sometimes they just call me, ask my name and other details then nothing. This has given me tremendous mental irritations.
