Umi Mobile – poor quality Service

Dear Sir, I have submitted a Tab in the service centre of the company on 22.11.2013 having job sheet no. LKASCWB001J205, Ticket no. 1115WB822. But till now i.e. 13.01.2014 I have not get my device back after repairing and when ever I call the company they just say that I shall get back the same within 5 days. But I haven’t get it back and many such 5 days have lapsed. I think the company has some malicious intention to revert it back after repairing.

I want that company should revert it back as soon as possible and give me the deadline date. And it should be penalized for its behaviour so that it do not repeat the same with other customers.
