I have booked umi x2 mobile on umi website. My order Id is XCVZX19972. I have made advance payment of Rs500 on 16th April 2013 through sbm net banking. I have made remaining payment of Rs16000 on 23rd August 2013 through sbm net banking. Then I have mailed payment information & umi people assured me to delivere mobile with in September last week. But til today they have not delivered me a mobile. Now they are not picking phone calls also.

They have to deliver the mobile with in a week. If they are failed to delivere mobile with in a week, they have to refund my amount of Rs16500 & compensation of Rs2000.
