I booked 2 flats with the builder called Ummu Cons. & Dev. Pvt. Ltd represented by Mr.Asif Pervez(MD) & Pervez Ahmad(Chairman) in Oct 2009 and by end of 2012 i made full payment of 27 lakhs to the builders wide proper cheques and received proper invoice against it. however, the builder is not giving me possession letter or doing registry making lame execuses

severe economic loss as being an NRI i am sitting at home for the last 3 months to get my flat ( Total salary Loss = rs 6 lakhs till date)

Punishment to the errant builder and possession and registry of my flats
