Dear Sir:
I had purchased a mobile handset RichTel ST27i from Papu Mobile Store, At/P.O- Bolani, District- Keonjhar, Pin-758037, Odisha. Shop-keeper had given me cash memo including particular, rate, hand written 6 month warranty. He charged me Rs.2200.00 against the product which is mentioned in cash memo.

Matter is that The MRP Rate given in handset box is Rs.900.00. He has taken charged more Rs.1300 against the handset.

Kindly do the needful & advise me.
