Dear Sir,
I am using this card from last 3 years,This is life time free credit card when it is built and No charges applied yet,But in my current statement, They charged me “Additional card annual fee” and “primary card membership fee” And they didn’t intimate me,we will charge from next month or years.So i prepare for that,And HSBC customer care executive are saying we can’t do any thing regarding it.You should pay this fee.And they charged me 3000 plus.

Please let me know,what should i do for it…
