This is Rama Krishna an Airtel pre paid customer. Today since after noon, I am unable to make an out going calls. Not sure what was the problem with my mobile. Can you please look in to this and resolve ASAP. When am I trying to check my balance, I am getting a response like “Serial Number wrongly entered. Please Enter 16 digit PIN numberer”
