I am not able to recharge for mail balance for Airtel Mobile number 9958578309 complaint number CLTNM30816184160 and CLTNM30817401181 are closed forcefully with the statement that FRC is required to be done, then i tried doing FRC first recharge for RS 5 and RS 4 as directed by customer care, it does not work and 849649617 and 849661586 are the transaction is for same. In absence of main balance i am not able to connect to customer care any more and now i am not able to register the complaint again, can you please help me with this, else i will be forced to stop the services with the service provider. Waiting for earliest response.
