sir, i have purchase a 55cms tv (LG, LED) from e-zone siliguri, darjeeling . they have given me a movie card offer .in that they have told me you can see 12 movies in 6 months . after registring that card .
but after registration i m unable to see movies in my area. then i contact to cine rewadz customer care .they have told me this facility is not for siliguri zone .because we do not have tie up in that zone , you go to e-zone siliguri and ask them why they have given the card to you when we are not providing this facility in that zone.
but your sales executive mis guide me.
now when i ask them tell me where should i go , & your people have no cortesy to call back. please give me my necessary compensation. please end this as soon as possilbe……..
