Unacceptable Service stoppage by Airtel

I am Balaji.B , customer of Airtel for the past 8 years and my no: 9994016880, on 24 AUG 10:00 hr , i received a message that your service is going to be stopped today since your verification documents are not submitted. so i called customer care and they want me to submit it to the nearby showroom or distributor, so i submitted my documents at 13:00 hr, to a distributor in kumbakonam since airtel showroom was closed a year ago in kumbakonam. At 19:45 hr, my service was disconnected, again i called customer care and they gave me the nodal officer no. and want me to speak on monday, so no service for 2 days. on 26 AUG at 10:00 hr i spoke to Madam Mary in the nodal team and she told me to go to the distributor and speak from there, so she spoke to them and arranged me a duplicate sim (no: 89919400000807500617H1 ) and i bought it for rs.100 and she ensure that this no: 9994016880 is cancelled and she have to recreate for me and the amount in the old sim will be carry forward to the new one, and the distributor ensure me that the new sim be actived in another 2 hours.so on 26 AUG at 19:00 hr, again i spoke to customer care regarding activation, and their reply is WHICH NETWORK NUMBER IS THIS?, i got shocked really, and they asked me to speak to the nodal team again, so no service for 2 days, on 27 AUG at 11:00 hr, i spoke to Mr.Premkumar and he is asking me to wait for another 3 days and he gave me the interaction number as 20827087726. so no service for 7 days.

Really i am wondering i used Airtel for the past 7 years without any problem on the 8th year suddenly my documents went wrong for you and you are sending message in morning and disconnected the network in the evening, cant you give at least 3 days for verification, really pathetic, now my problem is whether i will get my same number or not, if so how long, i need to get that no: 9994016880 , i cant give my 8 year no. just like that. Please help me to get my no. as soon as possible.
