for last ten days there are unauthorized deductions from my prepaid Air-tel service for various services for which i have not given my consent. You are aware that as per TRAI guidelines ther should not be any deduction in the name of various services without the consent of customer failing which it attracts actions. I hope my grievances will be addressed very soon and the amount unathorisedly deducted from my acct. will be refunded without any delay. My mobile no. is 8292571128.
